ABOUT
A Career Built on Projects — and Still Evolving
I've spent more than two decades working across project management, project controls and operations, with experience spanning EPC, PMC and EPCm environments.
My background is rooted in complex, real-world projects — planning, scheduling, progress, cost control, contracts, commercial management, reporting, risk management and cross-functional coordination.
That foundation has broadened into additional management responsibilities in finance and corporate governance, including serving concurrently as Finance Director and, since 2023, as Board Secretary.
More recently, I've been exploring how AI, automation and digital tools can make these workflows simpler, faster and more useful — from analytics and automated reporting to enterprise knowledge systems and AI-assisted workflows.
Alongside my professional work, I independently design and build digital products, including iOS applications released on the Apple App Store. Building software gives me another perspective on turning ideas into practical tools people can actually use.
I'm particularly interested in the space where deep project experience, operational understanding and emerging technology meet.
